Tuna Pasta Salad
This is a salad we all know and love right? I often make it as part of Several Colours Sunday Lunch, a tradition many of us grew up on. It’s easy and quick to make because the only cooking you will do is the pasta, which is ready in just 12 minutes or so. Every other fresh ingredient is added raw, which also means that the nutrients in the veggies remain locked in – a great way to trick yourself into eating healthy. It also helps that veggies are tastier when eaten raw. The great thing about this salad is that you can also have it on its own the next day, if you’re lucky enough to have any leftovers from lunch!
