In keeping with my smoothie obsession, here’s my recipe for an easy and yummy mixed berry smoothie, which works perfectly as breakfast or as a mid-morning snack for those of us whose tummies only accept food after 11. You can have this smoothie on its own or in a bowl with diced fruits and some nuts for an extra fruit-filled and healthy breakfast.
