Warmer days are here again which means it’s time to whip out those refrigerated desserts to complete your Sunday lunch. This is a recipe I learnt a very long time ago from my bestie’s mum. It’s a delicious fridge tart that you can make the night before to make sure it sets well. The lemon juice adds a yummy hint of sourness which is balanced by the other layers. The only step I’ve added to this recipe is the butter to make sure that the biscuit layer binds well.
Other than that, it’s just like Momma made it!
