I would say Sundays are for Lamb Curry but I know better than to limit such a delicious dish to only one day a week. So this recipe is for you to wow your family or guests any day of the week. We love to have it for lunch because I generally prefer to have a lighter dinner these days, but it works perfectly whichever meal you want to serve it for…but maybe not so much breakfast! I’ve paired this Lamb Curry with different options depending on my mood. Sometimes we have it with jasmine rice, other times with homemade naan bread or with creamy samp which is a South African staple. It works superbly every single time.
