Breakfast Pancakes

Who doesn’t enjoy freshly-made pancakes on a weekend morning? This recipe is a great way to switch up your breakfast or brunch routine to make it a bit more exciting for the family. These pancakes are a wee bit sweet and perfect for any topping of your choice. You can always remove the sugar completely for a fully savoury option. I enjoy mine with plain yoghurt, golden syrup and fresh fruits. Frozen berries work just as well – all you have to do is heat them up on the stove top and pour them over just before serving. The topping options are endless. Feel free to also switch the fruit for ice cream and chocolate syrup for a dessert option if you want, because sometimes dessert comes before breakfast. Life is too short!
